Evidence and language
We distinguish directly observable details from commonly reported specifications and seller claims. When a fact cannot be independently verified, our language should make that limit clear.
Independence
Editorial pages are written to be useful without requiring a purchase. Any future commercial relationship must be disclosed where it affects the reader’s decision.
Corrections
Material corrections should be made promptly once reliable evidence is available. Updated information may replace older wording as model generations and market terminology change.
